Sabrina Diva came over to the UK for a short holiday and during this time she arranged to have a shoot with me so that she could take them back with her to Jamaica for any and all promotional use.
Sabrina had the perfect look and feel of what she wanted to achieve for this shoot and coupled with my knowledge of the area I knew exactly where we could do this shoot. I chose a local park and besieged by a torrent of on lookers I began to setup the shoot.
I used a couple of strobe softboxes and a third light to use as a hair light. The sun was strong and in the west which added another hair light setup. My camera setup was simple and I stuck to using my 70-200mm IS L Lens on my Canon 5DMK3.
I truly enjoyed this shoot along with a constant stream of her new track playing in the background and my kid riding his bike and wanting to get into the shot with his Aunt lol.
Anyway here are the photos from that very session. Don’t forget to comment, rate, share or tweet.
I have been so excited to post this blog entry on a wedding I did in March 2013 at the Westminster Registry Office. I had the opportunity to photograph the lovely and most excited couple so far. Patricia and Julian Davies.
These guys oozed love and happiness, they were all smiles all day and an absolute pleasure to photograph. They trusted my decisions, style and approach to shooting. The guests were so great and funny and I truly enjoyed the day when I was and wasn’t shooting (having dinner that was lol)
The weather was kind to me though overcast and really cold as the UK enjoyed the extended winter period (sigh right now in June it feels almost like the summer is already gone). I also had a second shooter with me that day from Trokia Wedding Photography, he covered the bridal prep and the rest of the day with me.
The wedding started out in Central London in the beautiful Westminster Registry Office (see here). I loved the urban feel of this wedding being located so centrally. To top it all off the best man organised a London Black Cab to take the couple from the registry office to there reception.
The reception was held at Marylebone Hotel (see here) a very sought after location for many brides to hold there reception. As a photographer it was a delight to have so many white walls/ceilings and various photogenic locations for the couple. They truly enjoyed their day and so did I.
Enjoy the pictures from this wedding, comment and share to all your friends.
I had a really fun shoot with these two on Saturday April 20th. I had pre planned the locations that we would be doing the shoot and checked the weather, prepped the camera bag, everything. Except I forgot that it was London Marathon Day the very next day lol. These caused all the locations that I wanted to choose to be under some form of stand construction. However this did not stop us. We still had an awesome day and worked around all the things going on.
